3. Account Security and Responsibility
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777pk account credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by any other person using your credentials — will be deemed to have been conducted by you and will be your sole responsibility. 7. Game Rules and Fairness

8. Sports Betting Rules

In general: (a) all bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement; (b) 777pk reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion; (c) where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or voided after betting has commenced, settlement rules specific to the relevant sport will apply; (d) in-play betting markets close immediately upon the occurrence of the relevant event (e.g. a goal, wicket, or match result) and any bets placed after the event has occurred will be voided; (e) 777pk is not liable for any third-party data errors affecting betting markets, though affected bets will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

9. Intellectual Property
All content on the 777pk platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, audio, video, interface designs, and databases — is the intellectual property of 777pk or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or create derivative works from any 777pk content without express prior written consent. Unauthorised use of 777pk intellectual property may constitute a breach of applicable intellectual property laws and will result in immediate account closure.

10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

All disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.

11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777pk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform. 777pk's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by 777pk's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which 777pk holds its operating authorisation. By agreeing to these Terms, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms. 777pk operates in full compliance with the applicable legislative framework and takes all reasonable measures to ensure platform integrity, player security, and responsible gaming standards are maintained at all times.
